Thomas Lemar is one of several Monaco starlets that has caught the eye of Europe's top spenders.

The football world's gossip mill is in full swing, and Transfer Talk is monitoring the whispers ahead of all the summer moves. Check out the latest deals and potential deals here.

    Arsenal in for Lemar

Arsenal have identified Monaco star Thomas Lemar as a key target as they bid to rejuvenate their squad this summer, claims the Mirror.

The Gunners want the 21-year-old to inspire their stale side after his superb season with Les Rouges et Blancs.

The France international has registered 14 goals and added 13 assists in all competitions this season and is able to play on the left, through the middle and even on the right.

With three years left on his deal though, Arsenal would have to pay a huge fee and even that may not be enough with the Ligue 1 leaders unlikely to sell more than one of their key players as rivals show interest in Kylian Mbappe, Bernardo Silva and Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Conte promised players to join Inter

Antonio Conte is the No. 1 choice of new Inter technical coordinator Walter Sabatini and Italian newspaper Tuttosport says the Chelsea boss will be handed Roma stars Radja Nainggolan and Antonio Rudiger to begin his Nerazzurri revolution.

The Blues' boss has been a sensation since arriving in the Premier League and stands only one win away from clinching a maiden title.

After sacking Stefano Pioli on Tuesday, Inter appear intent to land a stellar manager with Sabatini and Conte previously keen to work with each other at Stamford Bridge.

Roman Abramovich will hope to persuade Conte to stay in London though, with funds to turn Chelsea from Premier League powerhouses to Champions League contenders.

    Mahrez to lead Foxes exodus

Riyad Mahrez looks almost certain to head for the exit at Leicester and spark a fire sale at the King Power Stadium, reports the Express.

PSG will return to lead the chase for the £35m-rated Algerian, though Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool have all shown interest in the 26-year-old.

Kasper Schmeichel will also fetch around £35m, with Liverpool and Manchester City interested in the Denmark international to fully solve their goalkeeping headaches.

Islam Slimani, who cost a reported £29m, could also head for the door after just a season, and Ahmed Musa has yet to settle after his £16m move, which could push the sell-off total past £100m.

Hammers offer mega-deal to sign free agent Zabaleta

West Ham have offered Manchester City favourite Pablo Zabaleta a two-year, £100,000-per-week deal, claims the Sun.

The Argentina international is available on a free transfer with his contract set to expire and Pep Guardiola likely to make younger, more athletic full-backs a priority on his shopping list this summer.

Slaven Bilic would welcome the 32-year-old for his experience -- having won two Premier League titles and represented the Albiceleste over nine years.

Alejandro Moreno assesses whether or not Victor Valdes is the right man to solve Manchester City's goalkeeping dilemma.

    Tap-ins

    - Watford are lining up a move for Roma centre-back Thomas Vermaelen, reports the Mirror, with the former Arsenal star likely to arrive on loan.

The 31-year-old has two years to run on his contract at Barcelona and despite returning to the Camp Nou this summer after a dismal spell with the Giallorossi due to injuries, the Blaugrana will look for another club to take the Belgian on loan.

    - Crystal Palace could move for Brighton goalkeeper David Stockdale, whose contract with the newly-promoted Premier League side is due to expire, reports the Mirror.

The Eagles could be on the lookout for a new shot-stopper if Steve Mandanda returns to Ligue 1, and the 31-year-old's hometown club Leeds, along with Watford, could also make a move.

    - Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool's owners, Fenway Sports Group, have assured him the club will not listen to any offers for Philippe Coutinho.

Coutinho has continued to be linked with a big-money move to Barcelona, despite signing a new five-year contract at Liverpool in January.
