Take a look back at a few questionable refereeing decisions made during Manchester City's narrow win over Leicester.

Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho faces the prospect of missing the start of next season if he is charged by the Football Association for a challenge on Leicester City midfielder Marc Albrighton.

Fernandinho, 32, appeared to catch Albrighton with his elbow in 65th minute of Man City's 2-1 win at the Etihad, with referee Bobby Madley taking no action against the Brazil international. Albrighton was left with a black eye.

If charged, Fernandinho would be handed a three-game ban for violent conduct. However, as he has also been sent off against Chelsea and Burnley he will get an additional game for each of those dismissals, extending the ban to five matches.

Pep Guardiola would have to do without the midfielder for their final two Premier League games of this season against West Bromwich Albion and Watford, with the remaining three games of the ban carried over to the start of the 2017-18 campaign.

Fernandinho was also sent off in the Champions League this season against Borussia Monchengladbach. 

Man City also had Sergio Aguero banned via retrospective action for elbowing West Ham defender Winston Reid at the start of the season.
